We are a women run studio focusing on collaboration through unique and custom tattoo design. We offer a friendly and talented staff with a wide variety of artistic capabilities.
Here at Thorntail Tattoo, we will provide you with a clean and calm studio for your tattoo experience while using high quality products, 100% vegan ink, and organic salves for aftercare.
Our artists strive to make each client as comfortable as possible throughout the entire process, starting with your design all the way to the aftercare.
We will collaborate together until we come up with the tattoo of your dreams! Whether it be something small to a large multi-session piece, we aim for consistency and creating lifelong clients who love the skin they’re in!
Everyday we strive to be the best we can be, putting out quality work while continuing to grow. We look forward to hearing from you and the masterpieces we create together!
We do not offer piercings!

Currently we have salves and tattoo healing goodie bags for sale made by
Hazel and Bee Organics
which is the salve we use during the tattoo process as well as an amazing mother/daughter duo apothecary as well as long time clients! We love supporting this Vermont based woman run business where they use their own foraging and bee keeping know-how to make amazing high quality organic skin care!
(As well we have lotions and other aftercare for sale or free!)
We also have artwork on sale in the form of prints, stickers, postcards and garlands made by Massachusetts resident

Isabella-Zoe of Living Lines Illustrations (@livinglinesillustrations)
who is a very long time supporter of this studio and you can find her artwork everywhere here because we are obsessed.
We also have pendants made by Vermont resident and friend of the owner
David Swanson (@swansonglassart) because we rock them everyday!
